We offer delivery services to:
- Hong Kong – Local courier delivery
- Asia Pacific – Including China, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and more
- Worldwide – Depending on available courier services

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available during promotions or for qualifying orders.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping fee.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you have a registered account, you can also check your order status under My Account > Orders. Please allow up to one hour for the status to update.
Shipping Carriers
We use trusted couriers to ensure reliable delivery:
- SF Express – for all local Hong Kong shipments
- SF Express and HongKong Post – for international deliveries
All shipping methods include tracking so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
