Refund policy
Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for personal hygiene and health reasons (including but not limited to underwear, undershirts, and swimwear), returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us via email immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement. Email request must be sent within 7 days of receiving the goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns must be requested by email in advance. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. All returns must be received within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, we will ship out the correct items to you at our cost. If there is no replacement, we will then issue a refund. A full refund (excluding the shipping fee, and taxes, if any) will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@manstore.com.hk.
**European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you decide to return the product within the 14-day cooling off period, you are responsible for the costs of postage and packaging.
